NURSES SERVICES OVERVIEW
The Directorate of Nursing Services encompasses Maternal and Child Health Care, Nursing Quality, Nutrition and Housekeeping, Social Welfare, and Surgical and Critical Care. Emphasizing teamwork, nurses are pivotal to the healthcare facility, bringing innovation and resourcefulness to improve health outcomes. The focus is on combating hospital-acquired infections such as SSIs, CLABSIs, VAP, CAUTI, MRSA, and pressure sores. Goals include enhancing health, healthcare quality, health literacy, advocating for health-seeking behavior, nutrition, physical activities, adolescent health, and ensuring safety and satisfaction for patients, clients, and staff. Services are delivered in a 608-bed facility equipped with modern amenities and operated by dedicated nursing shifts.

- Surgical Site Infections – (SSI)
- Central Line Associated Blood Stream Infection- (CLABSI)
- Ventilator Associated Pneumonia – (VAP)
- Catheter Associated Urinary Tract Infection – (CAUTI)
- Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus – (MRSA)
- Pressure sore (DECUBITUS ULCERS)

- Our wards are equipped with:
- wall mounted suction and Oxygen supply system
- Nurse call system, landline telephone, and alarm system for quicker communications.
- We have two 11 hrs. Nursing shifts per 24 hrs. day , night and off duty.
